New class schedule effective January 1st, 2022

We are adding another Jr Combatives class & changing up the days.  We are also adding two adult Combatives classes on Tuesday & Thursday nights! 

We will be closed January 18 – 25, 2022

The staff will be travelling to Gracie Headquarters from Tuesday, January 18 to the 25 for training & recertification.  All classes will resume on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
